Guest play

Guest rounds and game preferences stay in your browser. You can delete local progress by clearing this site’s browser data. No advertising trackers are included.

Optional usage analytics

Analytics are off until you allow them. A random browser identifier expires after 30 days; the server stores a hash, not your email or account ID. We measure visits, starts, completions, registrations, confirmed subscriptions, return visits and promotional clicks. Only allowlisted traffic source and campaign labels are kept, never full referrer URLs, answer text or browsing history. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable collection. Changing Analytics preferences stops future collection; clearing the identifier does not erase already anonymous aggregate totals. Browser-level deduplication records expire after 35 days when production TTL is configured. Aggregate daily counts are kept for launch comparison.

Adult player accounts

Accounts are for people aged 18 or older. Firebase Authentication processes your Google sign-in or email/password credentials. Google sign-in requires completing adult profile setup before playing for account points. Firestore stores your nickname, optional preset avatar, adult confirmation, accepted terms version, verified game history, progression points, badges and ranking preference. Your password is handled by Firebase, not stored in our game database.

Public rankings

Participation is optional and off by default. If you opt in, only your chosen public nickname and verified weekly score appear publicly. Choose a nickname that does not identify you personally. You can opt out from your account preferences.

Brain Club

Marketing consent is separate from registration and unchecked by default. We record your consent request, confirmation time and policy version. A confirmation email is delivered through Resend. No subscription is activated until you confirm. Unsubscribe from account preferences or the link in your email. Unsubscribing does not delete your game account.

Storage and deletion

Cloud game history is kept until you delete your account. Guest archives remain labeled unverified. Account deletion removes cloud progress, ranking entries, authentication and the matching Brain Club subscription; local browser history remains until you delete it. Email providers may retain delivery logs under their own policies. Technical rate-limit counters contain opaque or hashed identifiers and timestamps and expire after one day when production TTL is enabled. Admin audit records expire after 180 days. Optional analytics attribution attached to a consent request is restricted to the random browser ID and allowlisted campaign labels.

Before public launch

This app is not publicly deployed. The operator must add a privacy contact, determine retention periods and hosting region, review processor agreements, and review this notice for launch requirements before accepting real users.
